The exhibit will present legendary, relatively unknown and awe-inspiring photos of moon missions that highlight the technology that was used at the time. In addition to classic photos showing human footprints in moon dust, the exhibition includes a large number of images that tell the stories of astronauts before, during and after their missions.
This 800-square metre exhibition will turn space flight into an experience. Visitors will be able to sit in a model of the lunar roving vehicle used during the Apollo 17 mission and take a virtual tour of the moon. During a VR tour, they will be able to explore the ISS and carry out a docking manoeuvre while lying on their backs in a model of a Soyuz space capsule.
There is currently no special exhibition at the HNF.
